Project Support Services

TMOG LLC provides project management services to government and corporate entities. Oftentimes, organizations are in need of short term assistance fulfilling project requirements for customer support projects, process improvement support projects or compliance support projects. We are capable of standing up a team to provide assistance in supporting the project manager or executing the project. Based out of Virginia Beach, VA, our goal is to be of service to our clients. We are successful because the processes and tools that we use help our clients achieve their goals. Our success is defined by the success of our clients.

Milestones/Past Performances
 

• Companies have also engaged us in the formulation and design of their supply chain development programs.
• For our Department of Defense clients, we have provided project management support for the renovation of conference rooms and other offices as well as the installation of video teleconferencing system, presentation and audio systems. We also provided programming and technical support for major commands.
• As a service to our clients, we hosted the Advance Collaboration Seminar. Along with our industry partners, we display advanced video teleconferencing, video walls and interactive white board technology.
• As a prime on the Seaport-e contract vehicle, we are capable of providing support in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management for the U.S. Navy. Please see Seaport-e page for more information.
• As a member of L-3 MPRI Services OPTARSS II Team, we can provide world wide support to our Army and Department of Defense (DoD) operations customers.
